Please note the following:

To be able to complete the registration, you will need to have a purchase order or sales order confirmation.

You can contact customer service or your regional sales representative to place a purchase order for the training (the article codes to reference are in the course list below). You will receive an order confirmation number (SO number) which must be used on this form.
Alternatively, you may also use the “upload PO” option on this form to upload a purchase order.
Your training may also be covered under a service agreement, in that case, you must provide the agreement number.

Once your registration is submitted and approved, you will receive a confirmation with login information to the Baxter Learning Portal within 3 business days.

Course duration

Time required to complete the course is approximately 3-5 hours, depending on which course is selected. After completion, your certificate will become available as a downloadable PDF and, when applicable, a Welch Allyn Service Tool Gold license authorization code will be provided via email.

Course expiration

The certification (incl. Gold license when applicable) is valid for 2 years. During this period, you will have access to the course content via the Baxter Learning Platform. Once the certification has expired, it may be extended with 2 years repeatedly by means of the recertification process.

Recertification

Recertification is only available if you have previously been certified for the same product less than 4 years ago, either through online eLearning or during an instructor-led training.

Required tools and equipment

To be able to perform all the procedures as described in the course, you must have access to all the equipment and tools as listed in the “Service and maintenance toolset” document for your product. This document can be found in the “Education and Documentation” section on the specific product pages on Hillrom.com.
